The Leica OTZFO (16464K) Universal Focusing Mount is a Leica M-mount accessory designed for adapting various lenses to the later Visoflex models, allowing those lenses to be used at infinity while mounted on the Visoflex.  The Leica OTZFO requires an additional mounting tube depending on the lens being adapted.

This Leica OTZFO comes with the Leica OTSRO Lens Tube.  The OTSRO accepts the unmounted optic stack from the Hektor 135mm f4 and Hektor 135mm f4.5 lenses and allows them to be used normally on a Visoflex II or III.
